BOOKING PROCESS: Using our service could not be easier!
1. Please phone us, or email us, to arrange a collection date and time, and to discuss any requirements or queries you may have.
2. We will collect your laundry and on our first visit we will provide you with your own laundry bag free of charge.
3. We will weigh your laundry, give you a price, and arrange a delivery day and time.
4. We will wash, dry and fold your laundry, and iron if requested.
5. We will then return your laundry to you at the prearranged date and time, and collect your payment.

PREMIUM WEEKEND SERVICE
We can collect your week’s laundry on Saturday morning and have it all back to you, washed, dried and folded, on Sunday at a time to suit you. From £20

Please ensure that only items which can be washed together are placed in the same bag as we cannot be held responsible for colour runs or fabric damage.
Delicate items which need to be washed separately, please place in a separate bag.
Please ensure that all pockets are emptied.
Please bring to our attention any old and/or new stains you would like removed.
